You don’t have to go far to enjoy the beauty of the Niagara River - it’s right across from us! Soak in those river views from the veranda, the parlor, the second floor foyer, or any of our west-facing windows.

Coming by car? Don’t sweat it! There are plenty of free parking spaces right in front of the guesthouse to accomodate your ride (or a whole fleet of family vehicles)!

Stay connected with our whole-house mesh wifi and rest easy knowing that you’ll be able to stream Netflix from your bed as easily as you can from the living room

You’ll never have to worry about getting your room wet, snowy, or muddy after an adventure-filled day because we’ve got you covered! When you walk into the guesthouse, you’ll find a large entryway cubby with plenty of space for your shoes, coats, umbrellas, and more.

Our modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, and plenty of counter space to whip up a quick dinner or reheat those leftovers.

P.S. We provide the basics (cookware, utensils, salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc.) to make sure you’re all set up from the start.

Each morning, feel free to head to the kitchen and make yourself a complimentary cup of coffee with our coffee maker or mug of tea with our electric kettle. Enjoy either (or neither) with a delicious bowl of cereal.

In the backyard off of the kitchen, you’ll find a deck with a BBQ grill available for your use. So kick your dinner up a notch and entertain the whole house (or, you know, just yourself - BBQ is always worth it)!

Save space while you’re packing knowing that you’ll have access to a brand new washer and drier to do a mid-trip load of laundry.

Looking for somewhere to sit down and eat that’s not in your room? We get it. That’s why you’ll have access to our dining room, where you can sit at our 10-chair copper top dining table and enjoy the homemade meal that you made in the kitchen or that takeout you ordered from down the street.

Looking for a little guidance on where to go, what to do, and where to eat while visiting the wonderful Niagara region? Look no further than the “Concierge Corner” of the dining room, which is stocked with flyers and pamphlets for you to peruse and plan your next adventure!

Kick your feet up and relax in the parlor living room, with plenty of cozy seating options, a baby grand piano, a chess board, and views of the river.

You’ll never find yourself bored at the guesthouse. Our billiards room includes a 100-year old Billiards table and retro jukebox!

In the Billiards Room, you’ll find a gorgeous retro jukebox loaded with classic and modern hits for the whole family to enjoy!

Enjoy views of the gorgeous Niagara River from our veranda and patio bar, furnished with a bar top, bar stools, extra seating, and roof to keep your covered and dry in any weather.

On the veranda, you’ll find a patio bar with four high-top chairs. (Sorry, bartender not included)

Each room comes with its own private bathroom, fully renovated and stocked with plenty of plush towels and locally-made, organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your use.
